24 children received a scholarship to attend our school.
$250,000 raised this year for scholarships.
148 children on the scholarship waiting list.
25 children need a scholarship for next year.
The Governor and First Lady of Virginia donated their second quarter gubernatorial salary. The Robertson Family matched it dollar for dollar to honor Lisa Robertson. Over 100 business, civic and philanthropic leaders attend the event.
The Lisa Robertson Literacy Lab + Library opened and children lined up to check out books to take home to read with their family.
Linda Kaufman and many other donors provided books, book plates and cozy places for families to read together in the school.
Preston White challenged the Board of Trustees to match his donation in 24 hours. They were up for the challenge.
The 9 year survivors(we like to call them) and founding board members rolled off the board and we honored them for serving.
Over 5,000 classrooms across Virginia are using the STREAMin3 model developed by UVA at our school to be replicated and scaled.
