It’s Spring…Let’s Move Our Activities Outside

As you know, We LOVE to spend time on the Nature Playground at The E3 School. It is our outdoor classroom, and you will find science, art, math, reading, yoga, and all kinds of learning activities.
What activities can you do outside as a family? Research tells us that time in nature reduces stress for all ages.
We have 10 ideas to share:

- Draw or paint and let nature be your inspiration.
- Read a book outside on a blanket or at the park.
- Take a bike ride solo or as a family.
- Play pickleball. It’s a combination of ping-pong and tennis. Few rules and loads of fun for all.
- Go for a long walk on the beach, a state park or around the neighborhood.
- Take a drive with the windows down.
- Go for ice cream and eat it outside.
- Host a popsicle party.
- Plant flowers, weed and garden.
- Do outdoor yoga.
It doesn’t matter which activity you decide to do. Maybe it is a baseball game, hike, picnic or checking out a nearby coffee shop or bakery. Just enjoy the sunshine, fresh air, butterflies and flowers outdoors and all around us.
