Last month, The New E3 School was honored with an “Award of Merit” for “Best Educational Building” at the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) Excellence in Development Design Awards!
The building was designed by Tymoff+Moss Architects in Norfolk, and the general contractor was Hourigan Construction located in Richmond and Virginia Beach. Our state-of-the-art building is a 10,300 square-foot, one-story building, with nine classrooms.
Every detail from the window height to reach a child’s level, the vibrant colors, high ceilings, and natural light were carefully and meticulously designed with young children in mind.
